I have the tool you need, and a shop we could do it in.
However my hours are limited. Wouldn't be able to start until 8:20 in the morning and it would need to be out by 11.
I live just a couple miles outside the Badger gate.

I have a power steering pulley puller. You can borrow it anytime. Don't use a jaw puller you'll screw the pulley's up to the point of getting it off will be extremely hard. I have a T seal puller you can use as well for the pinion seal. You can use my garage pretty much anytime today. Just let me know. Also when you buy a new pulley be sure to get the metal one and not the plastic one. Napa only had the metal one last time I checked but Schucks has the metal one and it was cheaper than the plastic one from Napa when I bought mine.

i would have to do it this friday - monday but i might not need to do the power steering after all still unsure i got a bad squeaking going on under the front of my jeep that starts at 25 mph and comes and goes the only noise i can hear when i lift the hood is coming from my power steering and i went out and bought the pulley but afterwards found out the pulley doesnt have bearings so it might be my power steering itself (anyone have any ideas)

I had a small leak in my D44 pinion seal for a year. As long as its not pouring out, you should be fine.

Remember that if fluid can get out water can get in. If you ps pump is squealing it's time for a rebuild or a new one. that is if the fluid in it is good and the correct amount.
