What is the easiest way to remove a rubber bushing from a trackbar? I think they are in two halves, atleast that is how the come. I tried beating it out with a BFH, but to no avail.

I was going to suggest that. Whenever the vise or hammer doesn't work first trie I pull out the oxy accetylene.

I use a sawzaw to cut the center out and most of the rubber.
Then you have room to use the blade to cut through the outer metal ring.
Once the ring is split, it will collapse enough to peel out of the housing.
It is a PITA....
