here's why I need to cage, from 2002 on a meet and greet trail ride with Arctic Offroad.

I saw the video of this and the guy dropped 1 tire down into a gulley, which caused the suspension to spring and rebound, causing the rig to soft rollover. The weight of the rig did all of the damage to the top of it.

A and B pillars contain no structural integrity against lateral roll. Door provided minimal structural stability. It looks like to make it safe, there is going to need to be at least A and B pillar support. Obviously need more than a halo bar to accomplish this.

to the extreme. Quick math tells me that 1 3/4" DOM .120 wall thickness weighs in at 1.5 lbs. per foot. Man, I see at least 80 ft. of tube wrapped up in that thing.

We have a tubing bender (hydraulic). I just need to fork over the coin for the notcher.
I agree that a rollcage internal or external would be extremely handy. The Bronco doesn't have much in the way of top support either. :eek:
