Winch plate

Does anyone here either: have a winch plate for a Jeep Wrangler TJ for sale, or can fabricate one, or know a place where I can get some scrap 1/4" steel plate to fab my own?

I have the 1/4" plate that you would need. Not difficult at all to fabricate. Lay the plate over the stripped framehorns of the TJ, chalk off where you need to cut, and use marking ink for the bolt holes.
Then take some of the remaining steel to make framing gussets for the underside for lateral flex stability and twist stability. Weld it up and mark out your winch bolt pattern.
